My name is Anthony Hills. I contact T-mobile to terminate my contract. I was told it could only be terminated if I paid off the bill. Well that's the reason for terminating I can no longer afford the bill after 8 years of being a customer. I spoke to several rep. And supervisor's regarding the incident. Today is Jan. 8. The phone service is still just on suspension. I am still being contacted for payment to restore service that i can't afford and do not want. I offered to make arrangements for the current and past due bill plus the cancellation fee. Nothing has happened. What is one to do.
