I purchased the COOLPAD 4g phone on Dec 3 and have had to return this phone 3 times because the phone dosen't: TURN ON-DIAL NUMBERS-SCFREEN FLASHES ETC!!! NOT ONLY am I bringing my phone back trying to get this resolved but there were so many customers that have been bringing the phone back for the same problems (per their store salesman) the store has taken the phones off the shelf! I am without a phone because they have no loaner phones and their answer to me is to go to their headquarters to get a resolution! I'm reporting the fact that THEY KNOW THE PHONE DOSEN'T WORK YET THEY EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO PAY FOR THIS SERVICE TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU I know more people have the same problem they nee to be reported!!
