My Bulb blew with-in 5 months of the 6 month warranty. I notified them 1 month before the warranty ended, and they sent me an email back asking what was wrong with the item which I did not know. I finally got my tv guy to look at it, and was told the filament blew.By the time I found all this out, and had time to contact them. They said I was six days over my warranty, and they could not help me all though I had notified them 1 moth earlier. If you count the 1.5 weeks it took to get the bulb. The way I see it I am still under warranty. So buyer beware. I still have not seen an RMA I supposedly got sent in October either. Watch these Shysters if you have any issues.
