I bought a laptop from this store and the salesman said that if I buy the laptop on the reward card, I don't have to pay anything for the first 18 months. It was basically interest free. I got the bill for the full amount when I was on vacation. To cut the long story short, I had to pay the full amount which i dont mind. But I was also charged a late fee even though I said that I was out and was not expecting the bill. The service representative on the phone (some one from capital one) said that it will be impossible to remove the late fee. I immediately closed my account and have vowed to never buy anything from best buy. I have purchased 2 televisions - one 55 inch, blue ray system, camera, tripod, 2 laptops, 2 desktops, 2 ipads, xbox, Wii, PS3, many video games, camcorder, ipod touch, 3 phones, phone set, printers, reuters, and many other devices from this store. I also take my relatives there when they come from out of US for shopping. I was never satisfied with them, just went for convenience but now I will work very very hard to not to go to best buy ever. They treat customers like dirt.
