We suspended our newspaper service for 6 months while traveling. We later learned they had continued to bill our credit card $16 per month (a total of $96) for the entire time we were gone. They claimed it was for online access even though we never requested online access and never logged on to their site... When we complained they refused to refund our money. We have canceled our subscription and will never deal with them again.
