I made a HUGE mistake and am not willing to let go of this. I was initially contaced by a representative (Aaron Bennett) and asked that he call back at a more convenient time. He informed me that he would "call back when HE had the time". That was enough for me and I cancelled immediately. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my refund.instead, I recieve an email that informs me that they are "diligently" working on the problem and will let me know. The telephone number is to a third-party vendor who can do nothing; the matter has been referred to "corporate". I sincerly hope "corporate" doesn't think that I won't continue to persue this matter!
