Integretel billed me $144.00 on my Verizon phone bill for web services by Corporate Development that I never asked for and never received.
When I called Integretel to inquire about billing they have a pre-recorded message (how convenient) telling me that Corporate Development likes to handle their own customer service. They then forward you to Corporate Development where each time you call they answer "Corporate Development, please hold" and that's where it ends because they never come back on the line (even more convenient). So you never have a chance to discuss or cancel services you never asked for. Perfect Scam! Verizon has been responsive but I can't understand why a top rate company would align themselves with such dirt bags.
Integretel is a 3rd party billing agent. Corporate Development is the criminal here but Integretel is guilty by association.
