I received a letter with a check for $3,994.26. For insurance, taxes and handling
shipping. Then I received another letter on
November 12 with a check for 2,565.00.
From Quality Sweepstakes Comission. One paragrah said: Keep this award from public
notice until your claim has been processed.
This is a fraud, scam.
