Capital direct lottery sweepstakes sent me a letter saying that i won $250.000.00. And with the letter was a check for $3,940.80 it said that the portion of the winnings provided to help pay for taxes, insurance, handling and shipping fees. They said the tax amount is $2,500.00. I talk to a lady but she never give me her name. Last year i got a letter saying that i won $500,000.00. And it end up being a scam.
