I innocently taught best buy was one of the best stores until recently. After been left with no answer and dissapointed I still can believe best buy would really screw me. All I wanted was a answer and after talking to Costumer Service and the manager from the oshkosh I was left with a sorry. I asked for the manager and after a long explaining I finally talked to her, her miscommunication on what is happening in the store makes me more mad. It was the same manager that I talked on a month ago. I was going to purchase a DS 3D and waited for the date Nintendo was dropping their prices. To make sure best buy was on the same page as online prices I asked the manager if the prices were 169. She made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking, she said too me best buy wasn't going to drop the prices and she doubted that any other store would be doing it and unless I could proof differrently she could not help me. Hello everyone in retail knew nintento was dropping prices, I imagine a manager should be more informed and not make costumers feel like liars. Today the same manager made me feel the same, when I asked to talked to a manager they refused after crossing my point she finaly came to talk to me, she offer no assistance, said she wasn't there when I had made a purchase and had no idea why things happen. I explained that of course she couldn't be there but I was trying to explain the situation, she just said, all I can do is apologize. Best buy in oshkosh should really make sure the manager is on the same page and be more helpful than an apology and try to help.
