Ordered a hair dryer. The item was packed in a thin plastic bag and completely destroyed upon receipt. It was so broken that I could see all the metal and wires inside the appliance. After a week of contacting the co., they finally replied only providing a return address; no prepaid shipping label. I am taking the matter up with my credit card company. Last thing I need is to be told no refund will be issued because I returned the item broken.
