Sent wrong item, I returned and they did not refund shipping for either direction Searspartsdirect.com

I purchased a replacement bag for lawnmower. I did a search for the bag onine, imput the model mower we have and the item I purchased is what the website (searspartsdirect.com) clearly stated 'frame, lawn bag', BUT only a frame was sent. Upon calling them, they tell me, only frame comes with that item number so I told them it was incorrectly stated on the website and that I need return and wanted a postage paid return label, as well as refund on item as well as shipping. When I packed it up, I included a copy of the webpage, with explaination how it was incorrectly stated, and that I expected full refund of both ship to and return shipping (8.99 $26.00 to return). They simply ignored that part and only refunded the item. I do NOT feel I should have to pay for any shipping as it was because of their own poor description.
