I ordered the cigarette on a trial basis and only paid shipping and handeling, two weeks later they charged my account 114.95 for the cigarette that doesn't even work. When I called and told them I didn't even receive cigarette until saturday and this past saturday would have been 2 weeks and I was calling today to get the money reimbursed into my account that I didn't authorize and that it wasn't working she said it was 2 weeks from order date not the day I received the product. How crazy is that I can't try a product for 2 weeks if I don't have it can I???
