My sister and I went to dine there when we arrived we first went into the rest room and noticed that there was no toilet paper in any of the stall, so we used paper towels. Then when I was ready to order my macaroni & cheese the manager said there was none so I said ok "I could wait until its made" when he said "I can't make something I don't have". I thought that to not only rude, but poor in management. How could an organization such as this run out of macaroni & cheese when they have a full week ahead of them for dining patrons?

When I finished ordering, we then go to get our drinks when I notice that the straws were all gone so I tell the cashier that there was no straws she says "there is no more" not I'm sorry let me get some from the back or sorry let me see what I can do. Unfortunately this all reflects on the management. After we sat down the cashier places two straws on our table and leaves. This is a disgrace for patrons that frequent this restaurant.

I just needed to complain so that the manager be reprimaned and so that hopefully the customer service at that place is rectified.
