We purchased an item online from Sahalie. There was a confirmatory email which said that if we provide our email address we would get free shipping. Since then, for five months, Sahalie has been charging our card $14.95 per month, or nearly $75. We hadn't ordered anything since, but we did get email offers. I called Customer service (I believe in India) who stated that we accepted the fee in all sorts of confirmatory emails and that we even got a membership card in the mail. None of this ever happened. First they offered to cancel, but after much prodding, they offered three months back, and then finally, after about ten minutes, the full five months. Get a cancellation number to keep them honest and good luck!
