I found a billing of $14.95 on my credit card that was for "Sahalie Rewards". Although I have purchased items from this company for many years, I was distressed to see that they are using their loyal customers to lure them into a "reward" program. I never consciously signed up for this program; I do believe I had clicked on a 15 percent discount or the like a few months ago. I have written an email to the company asking for verification about how I signed up for something I never asked for; the 15 percent discount was less than one month of this strange "encore" membership, whatever it offers! The tell you that you receive materials in the mail, and if you say you never got any they tell you that you probably threw it away thinking it was junk mail!

Please explain exactly how your company is involved with "Sahalie Rewards", since I, and a number of other people, are being charged $14.95 per month when evidentally we clicked on a one time discount that was supposedly offered by your company. I am very disappointed that Sahalie would participate in a credit card scam like this, and I would like some explanation before I order from you again. I have been a customer for many many years.
