Realgoldsoft baku represented themselves as microsoft and that my software use agreement had expired.in order to continue using microsoft software, i had to purchase a new software use agreement and online support. They got me for $100.00 approximately. I do not have any type of reciept of payment or what is for. I called my bank and questioned them what the debit for realgoldsoft baku was for and they told me i authorized the transaction and should know what the company was.
