Same as everyone else. Window's tech called to say urgent error with my computer and would shut down within the hour. Go to your computer Ma'am. This is urgent we fix this problem. So I beleived him. It took FOREVER and I was making dinner. He showed me things on my computer (now under his control) that were wrong. All kinds of graphs and viruses. Good now for 2 yrs of protection. When I finally got off the phone with him, I went onto the internet and you guessed it... It is a scam. My phone has been ringing alot lately and no one is leaving messages. Last night at 10:10pm called *69 did not recognize the #. Again this morning at 7:10am and again at 7:30am. This time I made it to the phone. "do you remember me ma'am I worked on your computer, well, we are being alerted ma'am that you have been severley infected through your e-mail, go right now to your computer ma'am. I told him it was a scam and that I had reported it to authorities. He hung up.
