I got a phone call from them saying they were from Microsoft and that because my Norton's didn't catch I had been infected with 1,271 virus and that my computr is going to crash, They are Very Very persistant. They just keep saying "we are going to help you Ma'am" they gain control of my computer and showed me My Nortons (which I had recent updated was expired andI was infected) They were in my computer telling me to watch the screen. Then a box came up from Global Connect cloud asking me for my cc. I said No!!! Well, they harassed me to the point of tears and then told me not to cry. They showed me the package for one month would cost 39.00 and would be good till 2026!!! Don't fall for it they also called me back 4 times!!!
