Management at Ultra cosmetics,
On December 7, I was shocked by the experience I had at your Ultra Elk Grove Store. I was trying to get an appointment for eyebrow waxing. I went in at 9:00 O’clock and the staff who works at the checkout counter spoke to me. I think her name is Irene. She told me Megan the person who is doing the eyebrow waxing is going to be here at 10:00am. And I replied I will be back at 10:00; can you make sure that I have the 10:00 o’clock appointment? She said yes and off I went. When I came back at 10:00, Megan is at the waxing counter with her ill-mannered bossy voice telling me that I don’t have an appointment because I am not on her appointment book. When I try to talk to the store manager Sky, I was in shock. He was reluctant to deal with the issue and seems like he is not confident to talk to the staff. He is having trouble calling his judgment base on the real information. He kept going back to Megan’s appointment book saying my name is not there. Therefore I am out of luck and this is not his problem. I am speechless about how clueless a store manager could get regards customer service. When I commented saying this is a not a good way managing your store, he replied: “Yes, that is why the store has good sales.” I highly doubt that is the truth, and I highly doubt that is due to his management skills. I am so impressed by his obliviousness and clueless when it comes to manage staffs and customer relations, I am writing to you that please pay attention to this store manager and profitable business does take care of their customers.
