Letter rec'd proposing a false claim be lodged to benefit from the death of one Palmer Barnes, purported to be an expat engineer who died along with his family in a car crash on 21/11. Supposedly leaving US$8,650, 000 lodged in a bank unclaimed and shortly due to be diverted to the Bank treasury.??? The letter also states the man was born in Queensland, Australia. The proposal was for a 50/50 split.
