I received a letter today. It matches the letter here. I type it here so you are warned.

I am aware that this is certainly not a conventional way to establish a relationship of trust, but you will realize the need for my action. My name is Barrister C. Gray jr of gray & associates. Actually Your contact information through your consulate while searching for a last name similar to my late client [ name similar to mine], an expatriate engineer who worked with Construction &Civil Engineering Company in Portugal for thirteen years. He was born in [a place in my country] &he died along with his family during a car accident, which occurred on Sunday 21st November.
Before his death he deposited US $8,650, 000.00 with one of the bank here in Portugal[ It goes on to say ] Reply with your phone number via my fax/email [email protected] & [email protected] or FAX (011-34-917903977)
This arrived with a postmark from Portugal.
Unfortunately for the scammer I am the only family with my name in this country... Please be warned about this scam
