As per above complaints stating that Barrister Donald C. Gray, Jr got my information through my consulate and that my name is similar to Eng. Palmer... Who was born in Queensland Australia & he died along wit his family during a car accident, which occurred on Sunday 21st November.
A sum of US $8,650, 000 is with a bank in Portugal and the bank has mandated that he find a relative before it reverts to the Government Recovery Fund.
A 50 - 50 split is offered and I am to reply to an email address or fax.
