I had made an order one day, then the next February 10th, then 11th. On the first order I was shorted 2 hanks of cord, and had the name and number of a different customer as this was HER order. When I called to complain, they sent me 1 hank of cord that was back ordered and NEVER sent me the other hank of cord. On the second order I NEVER received it, at all!
I phoned, and spoke to Stella who assured me that the second order had been shipped. After waiting another 2 weeks, I phoned Stella and she ASSURED that it was done THAT WEEK, and so sorry for the delay. After another two 2 weeks, I phoned her daily to be told that she would ship a courtesy parcel THAT WEEK!

Well another 2 weeks go by, I am now past the 45 days and not able to get a refund through PayPal and well NO parcel has ever come. Stella started to be rude and doubtful that the orders were not received. She even made me go to the local post office and ask to speak to the people in charge of parcels, as it MUST be at the local post office!
I think that my number has been blocked from their phone as I still call from time to time and never get any answer.
There is now a Facebook page, dedicated to angry customers and there are approximately 14 people there who have not received part or all of their parcel. I was counting on this cord as I was doing a knot tying session with some boy scouts. The colors that the boys wanted were NOT the colors that I received.
