I Placed and payed for 13 hanks of cord from these people on 9/27/11I received 6 of them about two weeks later. I contacted them via email and got response back that said the were having "growing pains" I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed another order for an additional 6 hanks about 45.00 bucks. To this day feb 14 I have still not received my cord or a refund, which by the way I followed their instructions by the letter and requested a full refund by mail in writing. Guess What Still no answer. I tired of fooling with these thieves and yes I mean THIEVES. Its a Damn shame that a company in this day and time will rip a person off that give them the benefit of the doubt. All I can say is they have cleared up all DOUBT!!!
