My Mom and I thought we purchased a time share from Sunset Harbor as part of a package with PRL. PRL guaranteed $. 85 per point to purchase our points from that resort and others from RCI. The payment was due on Dec. 5th. Now PRL says it cannot honor any of the promised monies. I cannot reach anyone at the resort (this was in June, by the way & still we have no deed for this property), cannot reach the account manager or anyone at PRL. Do we have any recourse to recover money or get a deed for that property?
