I purchased 8 tickets to the Jingle Ball in Philadelphia. They listed themselves as an official Comcast Ticket distributor. When I purchased the tickets I was led to believe they were $45.00 seats being sold for $65.00. It also stated side view. When I received the tickets they were $25.00 seats. To add to their deceit, I had purchased rear view, not side view. Had they been advertised honestly, I would have gone with a different site offering the same tickets for $25.00 with an $11.00 handling fee.
They are now running their tickets through TND. I had to call TND to find out who actually sold the tickets. I will never purchase tickets through either of these sites again.
