Company is holding over $245,000 of my company's funding.in Which is causing my business loss in profits and clients. We were told by the processor to do certain things, in which complied. They told us that if we could provide these things asked of our company; that they would release the hold. Well its been ober 4 weeks now and the funding that was to be released into our Merchants Account was not released for whatever reason. I need help in resolving this concern.
