This man signed up to supply plumbing equipment to kitchen and bathroom, tile kitchen and bathroom floors and replace window unit. He has made no attempt to make a start and now will not answer the phone (i put down £380.00 deposit-his total quote was £847.00). I now want either the deposit back or the job doing but he does not want to know
