Let me start with their biggest offence, MOLD. Yes, there is mold on the walls. When you first see the apartment its o.K.
Wait three or four months mold will find its way through the paint. The tile in the bathroom was painted over with latex paint. Better yet the whole bathroom was painted over with latex paint, which is peeling by the way. The tub was rusty under the paint! I hate this * place.
The kitchen sink was painted over. The tile on the counter was also paited over. The goes to show you the workmanship this crappy ass place has. Roaches roam freely.in the kitchen, the bedrooms and the bathroom. The service is the worst of all. I would like to write more but, I'm too upset.
All I have to say to the manager is the following: I hate you, I hate your stupid incompetent assitant and your good for nothing workers. I hate your god forgotten apartments. If hell was to come and take over the world, it would make its way from this place. You know who i am.
