EBay verifies that the buyer receives the item. (4) Buyer receives item: The buyer has 5 days to verify the item and the option to accept or reject. (5) eBay pays seller: eBay pays the seller. The transactions complete If the buyer is not satisfied, he must notify our agency with the item issues, after the inspection period, a solution to most problems can usually be negotiated between the buyer and seller. After this seller authorized to ship the vehicle. Funds will not be released to seller until buyer has received vehicle and inspected it for 5 days. After the inspection period the buyer must contact eBay Motors Customer Support with the result of the inspection. If the buyer wants vehicle funds will be released to seller. If vehicle refused the refund will be sent... If vehicle is accepted eBay Motors Financial Department submits the payment directly to seller within 3 days. The Seller was to use Dependable Auto Shippers (DAS) eBay Motors Payment Invoice 883012 Seller Buyer Susan Ward Floridian914 N Fairfield Rd. Name is signature at end Detroit, Michigan 48335 USA

I was instructed: Payment instructions: (1) Go to local Money Gram Store. (2) You have to fill out Money Gram sending money form, which you can find at Money Gram Store. You have to put into the sender's box your name and your address and into the receiver's box our agent details. (3) Give the form, the money (cash), and a proof of identity to the clerk. Note payment must be made next 48 hoursmust be sent to eBay agent Ralph Willingham16005 W Mcnichols Rd. Seattle, Wa. 98122 USAWe confirm that Mr. Willingham is an official employee of eBay and will be representing eBay as the third party who will guarantee secure trade for both the seller and buyer. I was to fax the receipt to eBay customer support at 1 (408) 759 5156, it did not go through so another fax was given me and they gave another 1 408 622 9642. This went through. The seller notified me payment had gone through and she was shipping car and would send me details. Where upon all signs of all disappeared. Until yesterday, Nov. 23. Susan Ward sent me an e-mail wanting to know if I wanted to buy her car. I got a text asking me to text her with answer. She would not talk only text. Her number showed up on my cell as originating in Los Angeles, Ca. Yesterday. Today she texted me again and tme zone is eastern. Now. She says if I don't buy vehicle, she will have to register it on eBay again. The phone number is 323-834-2091. I was told by several people eBay was a reliable company. This was my first time using it. Now, of course I am put off completely by on-line buying. I have no idea of ever collecting any of my $2200, I live on Social Security and SSI so this really hurt me. I am 71 year old woman and feel very foolish that I tried to buy something as big as a car on-line. This is my last time. I however; feel you should be aware of this scam, I know their are zillions of them, but at least this one is still current, she is waiting to find out if I want to" re buy" the same car I guess their wires got crossed as she contacted me again after I sent original fee last month. Please let me know if you can if they are discovered. I have reported this to Federal Trade Comm. Ref# 42005822 and IC3 id 11211021006477712.
