Her number showed up on my cell as originating in Los Angeles, Ca. Yesterday. Today she texted me again and tme zone is eastern. Now. She says if I don't buy vehicle, she will have to register it on eBay again. The phone number is 323-834-2091. I was told by several people eBay was a reliable company. This was my first time using it. Now, of course I am put off completely by on-line buying. I have no idea of ever collecting any of my $2200, I live on Social Security and SSI so this really hurt me. I am 71 year old woman and feel very foolish that I tried to buy something as big as a car on-line. This is my last time. I however; feel you should be aware of this scam, I know their are zillions of them, but at least this one is still current, she is waiting to find out if I want to" re buy" the same car I guess their wires got crossed as she contacted me again after I sent original fee last month. Please let me know if you can if they are discovered. I have reported this to Federal Trade Comm. Ref# 42005822 and IC3 id 11211021006477712.
