Where's my product? And Where are you?

I ordered the Pet Therapy Jacket and extra accessories on 9/15 and paid for the product that day. I never received it. I have already e-mailed them about it on 11/9, but got no reply. I then tried to contact them and their phone numbers do not work. I then tried to contact their international wholesaler, but was not able to leave a message because it hung up on me.

Please help. I have already paid for this and really want to have it to help my dog. I'm very disappointed and just would like to have them send it to me asap.
