I have purchased damen-short-leather-and-coyote-fur-jacket, Size: M, $295.00. Then I was waiting for response for my order. On 28th February I've received response"we are so sorry for replying you so late. Much to my regret, the jacket you order is out of stock now, cause it's the best seller, we are looking for this jacket for you from all factories, however, it's out of stock in all factories. Would you please exchange for another one? Waiting for your reply. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience we bring to you". After my negative answer they send me another email, saying" we asked all factories, they all stop to produce this jacket, if you really like this jacket, we have to customize it for you, but you have to pay extra $265. Waiting for your reply." I've paid and receive this"your payment is successful, so don't worry about it. We'll send your jacket ASAP. Thanks. "it was on 8th March. After this message I've receive this one"sorry to tell you it's not any possibility to have model as your original order but with fox fur instead coyote one, don't you consider the other style, it's also very fashionable. If you don't like it, we'll refund you the jacket, if that, the payment company will charge us $45. We really hope you can reconsider the other style. Thanks". It was on 13th March. After my negative answer I've receive this we are sorry you don't like any other model, if you want to cancel the order, i 'm afraid you have to bear on the payment fee$45 which charged by payment company. Waiting for your reply. Thanks". My answer was "Hello YoYo
To be honest with you I don't understand your charges, because I did everything to complete my order and still want it but you couldn't provide me with it.
Anyway take this charge and please refund my money.
I really hope that I'll get my money back ASAP it's been very long time already.
Please let me know when. "it was on April.
Since that email I've receive refund for my second payment of £265.00 original payment of £295.00 still not paid.
On 21st April I've send this email to them "Good afternoon Elani
I've send several emails to retailer and your company about refund, please see attachment.
One and Half month past sense and it seems like no one will help.
I just spoke to my bank representer and been told that there is no transaction pending, meaning it's need to be checked from retailer side.
I hope you can help me with this problem as promised on your company info.
Please let me know if any body dealing with it, other ways I will look for help from other source".
No one answer me sins.

The phone provided to me by e-mail was in China.
The money was taken immediately by 'GZ BUYFLOWERPOT NET S&T CO., LTD..'but 95epay.com is the same thing because this response make it clear
