On October3 my visa card was charged the amount of $179.94 of which should not have been. I went online to company in Zurich and told them I was cancelling in August my account and membership as well. Talking to a service represnetive and said a refund would be credited to my visa in three to five days, as of this day checked with visa nothing recived yetand filed a dispute for the same. Told me to write you again or talk to someone and if you do send it to Visa, swnd me a confirmation to me as well. Thank you, Mr. Robert F. Groves.
