I too like these many other people was sucked in by the sales call with Gina, put 998 on credit card. Tried to cancel it due to the multy bad comments on this site (after the fact) but my credit card would not remove it and I tried to get refund from Gina at Key one and talked me into going thru with appt with Gary. I filled out my paper work. Had first appt with Gary. Tried to get a lower interest card to switch some balances to. Nothing I havent done myself. But that was denied, then I requested credit reports, completed paper work for that. I got my reports and was suppose to call back for next appt to pursue the next steps. Now the phones are haveing "technical difficulties" for about a month now and cannot reach any one. Like the rest of you I am also a victom of this scam..
