Two days after signing up for their services I paid down my accounts enough to disqualify me for Key One Solutions services. I notified them of this and they told me to submit the credit card statements showing the balances. After I did that Gina Thompson agreed and said the money would be credited back to my card. Since then she, along with Christopher Bradley (I'm sure those are not their real names) have put me off by saying the billing dept will have it done in the next billing cycle or, the latest excuse, by 9/20. Gina told me today 9/21 she would contact the "billing dept" and ask them to call me (yah right) with answer. Gina gave me the name of Amy Verhoeff as the manager whom, of course, I could not speak with because she would not tell me anything different than they would email the billing dept. KOS has not provided me with any services but has not returned one penny!!!
