Sent for free sample of collagen serum expecting about a thumble full but received 30mls this eas not asked for but when I received my statement I only noticed by chance that a payment of £88.00 had been taken without my consent. So I went to my bank but they said I also had another £88.00 was taken out october as well. This is beyond a joke I am a pensioner living on a weekly pension of £94.00 and canot aford to lose this money. Why has, nt this firm been heavily fined and shut down. Please somebody help all those who have already been scammed.
