Rec'd text message from 909-538-6641 stating I had won a $1,000 Target gift certificate. Just had to log onto TargetContests.com and enter a code. I called Target stores who stated it was a scam and gave me the # to text to report it. I sure wish there was a way to block these people from calling or texting to begin with!
