Went to dinner at Siam Thai Beaumont st in Hamilton. There were 4 of us 2 adults 2 kids ages 20months and 4 years. First we were looking through the menu a nice young lady came up ask if we wanted to order i said can i have 5 minutes more that wasnt a problem she will come back. Not a minute gone pass a older lady (boss i think) come over she said you order now, already i can tell she wasnt a happy lady. After that my 4 year accidently spilt WATER on the table and floor which we try to clean up. The old lady came over and said what happen here in a very mean voice i explain, it was an accidently. So we thought if she was going to be like that we will get the food take away instead. While we were waiting near the door for the food she started to cleaning our table and talking about us to the other customers. When the young lady brought us the food i said to her i was sorry about the water and it was an accident she said no problem and then the old lady come over started having a go at us saying it was wrong what we did and it shouldnt not be alloud (and this was over water) i said it was water it was an accident she started to raise her voice so i raise my voice i told her this is the first restaurant i been to that had a problem with spilt water that a 4 year accidently did and to top it off she knew she was wrong didnt apologise she knew she was way in to deep now and while she was still yelling at us she slamed the glass slide door on us. That lady needs to learn customer service or should not be alloud to service customers.
She was wrong on talking about us to other customers, when she was the problem. AND ALL THIS OVER SPILT WATER she needs help. I will never go there again and i will make sure that other people know whats she's like and if they go there make sure they dont SPILT THE WATER.
