Family First Caregivers What a joke while using this company whom by the way use to be ALWAYS BEST CARE (another ripoff company) we had problems with the lazy untrained staff sitting on their ass and watching TV and not doing nothing except cooking dinner, and most of the time they would just order take out!
The staff either had no clue as to their job duties or did not want to do the job.
And the lead caregiver referred to as CC What a rude, nasty girl who will not get off her ass to clean either. She thought she was the best thing in the world but she Is an over acting drama queen! Who always is stirring up the other girls about pay and talked worse about the company than anyone.cc would try to sell her healing oils to the family... LOL wake up CC these people are 70,80 and 90 and in bad health oils wont heal them.
Ronda (caregiver and director) Jim's right hand and I believe his brain most of the time is Great!!! I have seen Ronda come to my families and clean spotless their home and she would be so mad at the staff that they did not do their job. Within a few days she would have a new team in my family"s home. Good job RONDA and thank you. She respectfully called and ask me first if it would be OK with me and my family if she removed the staff and replaced them with a better crew, I thought that was cool that she ask us first. Then she gave me her personal number and told me if I am not satisfied with any of them call her and they will be replaced. Just before Christmas she came to shampoo the carpet for FREE through out the entire house and she did a wonderful job As JIM stood around talking and putting on a show of how much he love his families. Half of the people working for Family first are nothing but DRAMA and they bring all their issues into your home and are the most complaining people I ever met! They sit around talking on the phone, go outside to smoke, do there home work or just sit with this look on their face like it's killing them to be there. Although there is a few girls Ronda placed with us and we love them and they do a great job.
I can call Ronda at anytime and she is always available for me. And if I had to leave a message she calls back within 15 minutes. Jim you can never reach or he just blows off the problem. He treats his staff like crap and as far as the families RONDA keeps them happy NOT JIM. He better hope she never gets tired of his shit cause I would hire her in a heartbeat and have tried but she is an honest / loyal person and feels she can trust JIM and he will do right by her, so she can't let him down.
Little does she know all the girls say JIM and this CC talk about her behind her back, stating that he pays her to do nothing and CC would do better and CC would be replacing Ronda soon. PLEASE DO REPLACE RONDA WITH CC CAUSE I WOULD HIRE HER AND FIRE YOUR STAFF IN A MINUTE!!! REALLY JIM had it not been for Ronda Most of the families and staff from what I hear would dump your ass. Just to let anyone who reads this know if you want a GREAT caregiver Call and ask for Ronda Just maybe it would be the right moment that she would work for you on the side and NOT through Family First.
