I am a customer at acacia energy paid a reconnect bill due to lack of explaining anoter dep. Require after paying regular bill on Nov. 9 $118.00 next payment due Nov. 24 for $118.00 light disconnect on Mon. 18th for $190 paid $225.03 have smart meter so can connect same day was told after paying at 10:47 am they would be restored and they placed work order I called several 4x to be exact at $2.00 a call it was placed just wait at 10:00pm no lights still so I called ONcore to be told no work order has ever been placed for my address or account this place is a poor energy provider they lied constantly to me all day now this is going on 3 days without lights and a child on oxygen please help me with this company complaint they need to be stopped.
