Ad service and unreasonable response to the problem

On feb 7,09;We paid Ambit Energy 762.31 via Atm debit master card and received a confirmation #. We called them to let them know that we paid the amount said. On 2/25/09 our electric service was disconnected in the am. We called Commerce energy, Ambit, and Oncor, they found their mistake and told us on several times the same day that they would turn the lights on by 1pm, and then by 12midnight. We called them again, only to find our that they wouldn't be turned back on until the next day. We called the next day in the am and they said " sometime before midnight the lights would be restored. We remain in the dark.
