Professional of the year. I told them that if it cost money I did not want this nor need this as I am retired and ill. They sent a letter stating that I had to pay for a desk glass tribute. I called 5 times with no response. Then the desk tribute arrived and they stated that once made I had to pay for this. Even though I told them I did not want this in the original call and 5 times later. This is a scam. Probably aimed at the retired elderly people and in my case one who has medical/mental problems due to MS. I am in the process of seeing how I can get this resolved.
