Text Thanking for Payment on Loan Never Applied For

This company sent me a text saying thank you for payment I did not apply for a loan of them and they just went to my account and took 69.99 out of it iv been trying to phone all day and can not get to talk to anyone as I did not say they could go to my account and take it I would be grateful for your help
