I purchased a pair of Sandals end of September. I received an initial confirmation of my purchase from Paypal, but no further communication from the seller after that (after sending e-mails to several different e-mail addresses for this company). I submitted a case with Paypal and they closed it stating that the merchant provided proof of delivery. Not sure how that was possible! I submitted a dispute with American Express and they said the same thing. Merchant has provided proof of delivery. This company actually provided a legitimate USPS tracking # that tracks via their website. These people are good. They must have some kind of "in" with the US Postal Service or are able to hack in or something! I called AMEX again and I even referenced this website. All the complaints and lost dollars. AMEX said they were noting this info on my case. We'll see if I get my money back. I feel like such an idiot, but see that I'm not alone.
