Took money from my account without my permission. I didn't even have my debit/credit card from the 1st of nov. To the 10th of nov. I want my money back. They are causing my account to be in arrears. And i'm in tears. I'm on a fixed income and i had a stroke last year two days before my husband passed from terminal cancer.
