I have no Idea what I got myself into. A lady called me from Waka Network, and offered me a walmart and gasoline deal (just like everybody else), and she told me that I only had to pay $2.99. So I gave her my credit card info and everything. I saw the $2.99. But without even using any of the Waka Benefits yet, I was charged $19.99 in my account, and another $0.60 for INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEE. I haven't even done any transactions.
