We purchased from Mike at Bamboo Maui, bamboo flooring, Strand Bamboo and his installer Steven Meyer of Free style Flooring. Our flooring is cupping through out our home because of the material and the installers nailing pattern, which we had to pay a certified person to evaluate our floor. They came out two times and still refuse to deal with the our problem. Along with another customer same company, same product and the same installer. Can anybody help us, PLEASE!
