Ordered starter kit for £4.99 when it came the cartridges were missing so phoned and they said they would send complimentary packs so they arrived two days later. Was happy untill I checked my bank account they had charged me £73.89 for another shipment which arrived the very next day. I would not be spending this much if I stayed on ordinary cigs / tobacco.
