I bought some e-cigs online for £4.95 as a trial starter offer. They arrived ok not tried them yet, but over a week later got 2x5 packs in the post which i didn't order. Now find they have taken $119 out of my account without my permission which has got me a $56 overdraft payment charge. This is fraud using someone's account without there permission, but how are they getting away with this as I have just been reading lots of complaints about this happening to other people.
